Looking at our web cam at Greenwich...it appears to be a mild, mid-Fall day. But we all know it feels like January outside! Tonight won't be as cold due to a passing warm front and more clouds. Lows will dip to the upper 20s. Thursday will be sunny and slightly warmer with highs in the mid 40s. That will still be below normal for this time of year. Friday will be chilly and windy but it looks better for Sunday into next week.
